Comrades, in Socialist economies strong efforts are made for everyone to have a job. Yes, inefficiencies develop, but if you no show up for work and do something you may not get health care or eat. You may take the iron bars wagon ride to a mental hospital for re-education. Harsh, but free will to be an ungrateful slacker has limits.
