Al Davis proved in 1982 the NFL 3/4 owner majority OK rule to move is 100% unlawful. There is NOTHING the NFL can do if ANY team wants to move. Nothing. As for withholding any TV revenue, that was sink faster than the Titanic in court, as the Al Davis victory proved back in 82.
