It is going to take someone who has been toking for many decades and who understands the finer qualities of the Marijuana high, but one who still has some level of brain cells left to function in a semi-coherent state.

I guess that means Teddy Steals is disqualified. Too bad, this seems like the perfect job for Teddy 🙂

Could we be so lucky as to not allow recreational pot? This whole thing will create thousands of lazy people with no ambition! Believe me, I know of many already!
