Self-driving cars and remote-control drones are two of the most idiotic inventions ever devised. Neither is a viable solution to legitimate problems. Driverless cars and delivery-drones will not only add to existing problems but bring their own sets of new nightmares to the arena of undesirable consequences. There comes a point in the development of new technologies where the so-called benefits are outweighed by the unavoidable costs associated with its use. I get the impression that the proponents of these gadgets are confused about where they live. This isn't fantasyland and all things are not possible in this world.
