All Persons that can be classified as a “Public Employee”, SHALL purchase their own personal Health Insurance Plan from the California Covered Exchange.

If California Covered is such a GREAT, QUALITY, AFFORDABLE insurance plan, shouldn’t we MANDATE that ALL Public Employees in the STATE, enroll and purchase their Health Insurance from the exchange??

Why should our Public Employees be stuck in these expensive,inferior plans they have now?
