I’ll bet they spend more time calculating their retirement than working on such things. And then there are those 4 day work weeks. The state is a mess. No one cracks any whips. The taxpayer pretty much just chucks his money into a big black rat hole.

Also, concerning is all the State and Federal taxes have been diverted to general fund or poured into politicians pockets who still have not improved our levy systems on the rivers which will definitely breakdown with El Nino AGAIN!
