The SCOTUS would not have taken it for any other reason. The 5 conservatives will make it happen. I rarely agree with Alito. Roberts and Thomas, but this time I am behind them 100%. Scalia whacky but can usually back his position up… Kennedy is now the swing vote, but he is no O’Connor.

This is a new phenomena, starting in the last 15-20 years. Cops in the 1970’s and 80’s were NOT 1%, 2% 3%ers.
