“The fight has been brewing since mid-February, when Magistrate Judge Sheri Pym of the Federal District Court for the Central District of California ordered Apple to create and deploy an alternative operating system that would help law enforcement agents break into the iPhone in the San Bernardino case. Apple publicly opposed the order, igniting a standoff with the F.B.I. and the Justice Department.”

I still laugh at Pym’s “order”….if only the public knew the truth.

#1- Pym is NOT a real Article III judge, she is a “magistrate judge” ;which are glorified law clerks to real federal judges.

#2- Pym was a failure in the private sector, working for one of the most corrupt law firms in the US, and she still could NOT make partner after 7 long years of trying, and they cut her loose.

#3- Pym would be unemployed if not for her government workfare.
