the current Majority Party for the last 30 years continues to defy the wishes of the voter. The Death Penalty is costing the taxpayers of this state huge sums of money year after year after year, and the so called “experts” on lethal injection are incompetent to facilitate the lethal injection, yet any Vet at a dog/cat facility can take care of business in short order w/o pain.
this is PURE politics at its worse. Do the job California, and cut the crap. These criminals have been through the system, and given any opportunity to appeal. Really, 20+ years to “follow the law?” Do the job the people hired you to do! Perhaps the AG needs to be fired by incompetence and not doing her job. I don’t do my job, I get fired!

The solution is to execute death row inmates within 6 months following exhaustion of all appeals. Many capital punishment opponents actually favor the death penalty, but know that death row in California is actually a life sentence with some added benefits.
