The whole damned thing is corruption from beginning to end. It was alleged that if cap and trade were fully implemented in the US Al Gore would make $18,000,000,000. So is it any wonder Al made a movie about manmade global warming?? Hell no. And you can bet Soros is going to make a bundle too.
