Prop 30 was suppose to benefit the classroom.  Instead it went to pay down the unfunded teachers retirement fund.  If you noticed, the justification is either schools or pot holes.   When will we ever get a report on where the money went and what we got in return?  Is that too much to ask?

Total state spending has gone up over 35%, 2011 through 2015.  Why are taxpayers nor screaming?  Is it true more people are on the Pad then paying taxes?  I&#039;d say CA is out of control.]]></description>
