Down ticket is where the real action will be. Trump will turn off a good third of the existing Republicans, particularly those who think of themselves as religious or movement conservatives. The Senate is clearly in play, and it’s possible that the House could be in play as well. Wouldn’t it be funny if the voters elected Trump, but turned the House and Senate back over to Democrats?
