What started out as an effort to help the taxis compete with the TNCs has gotten hijacked by a small group of operators who obviously imagine their problem is everybody else’s problem.

Sort out your local problems, locally, rube. Make the state regulate both the taxis and TNCs equally. Why are you begging to have more hard restrictions in place than are there already?
