He has been tasked by his D-Rat masters to try to de-rail a measure so common sense they cannot openly oppose it. No doubt he’s being greased with laundered campaign cash from the likes of DeLeon, Lara, Rendon and other assorted capitol cockroaches who prefer to work in the dark also.
