Hmmm, stealing money from OHMVRD that is a special fund that uses NO General Fund money to bail out DRP which is GF funded, and NOT a loan, but a TAKE with no repayment option. This is wrong, and in violation of Public Resources Code. Legislature approved of this THEFT.

Brown also allowed $10,000,000.00 PER YEAR to be taken from same Off Highway Vehicle Recreation Division user fund, and DIVERTED to pay for ON highway road work and repairs.
This legislature and this governor are the KINGS of Ponzi schemes and shell games with taxpayer monies.. BS. Between the 2 TAKES we are talking $81 Million dollars from OHV Fuel Tax Revenues and trust fund monies. So much for the word TRUST in OHV Trust Fund………….
