					<description><![CDATA[I think licensing should only pertain to a skillset where that skill is practiced; regardless of location or other elements. If there are increased variants then they should have nothing to do with the license and therefore can not be prohibited from being practiced ... thus forcing the licensing program to be inclusive of any new branch skill. Also, licensing should not be all-inclusive of all skills; there should be an overall license that is all-inclusive but sub-class licenses that allow for specific skills.]]></description>

None of that is now required for candidates for elected office. As a result, if opposing candidates don&#039;t uncover their character or financial flaws during the primary or general elections, problems often arise downstream in the form of contracting fraud, scandals and other corruption. 40 some other states don&#039;t have problem with their citizens getting permits why should you!]]></description>
