AG Sessions notifies the Secretary of State in California that they are conducting an investigation in to Voter Fraud and if they Find ANY ILLEGAL VOTES, Alex Padilla is going to be ARRESTED AND CHARGED with Voter Fraud, since he swears up and down there is none, he should agree to this deal in a heartbeat.
Second, any County that we demonstrate to have Illegal Votes shall be ineligible for ANY Federal Funds of ANY Kind for 5 years

Voters are automatically registered when they go to the DMV. Illegal aliens are given drivers licenses and registered as potential voters with the admonition they are not to vote using their new drivers license as proof of residency. People who have died and moved out of state are not purged from the voters rolls. Busloads of union voters can move from precinct to precinct and vote same day with provisional ballots and no one ever checks.
The opportunities to cheat are enormous and the party in power encourages it because they benefit directly from this huge fraud.
In truth, the Democrats have as much to do with ‘democracy’ as the People’s Republic of North Korea has to do with ‘people’.
