The conditions of the roads are dismal. Its like an obstacle course dodging pot holes.

There has been no attempt to improve traffic flow despite an increase in drivers.

Carpooling is undermined by the creation of “pay” lanes and letting the electric vehicles use the carpool lanes.

There might as well be no law regarding use of cell phones driving because its still wide spread.
