Yes, funny how public servants pretend these thoughts never occurred to them. They do it, my friends, because they can. And nobody, not even the court, can stop them. If they get caught, the damage has already been done. And, who is going to make them pay for their crime?

Every company I worked at since the 1980s required all work-related emails to be send from a company email address/server, except in dire emergencies such as a corporate email outage. It astounds me government still is so behind the times. If you took over for a person, how would you figure out what they have been doing.
