CA government I am sure leads the nation in questionable funding, mishandling of funding and flat out thievery. Second only to the federal out of control bureaucracy. Both have huge swamps/cesspools that need to be drained. And many people carted off to jail. A clear message needs to be sent to help clean up the country before we collapse in financial destruction. It may already be too late.
