					<description><![CDATA[Why don&#039;t someone rein in the Lotto bunch.  The now take 8 to 12 weeks to pay using an excuse they must investigate if you owe the state.  My friend in State Gov&#039;t says they can do this in 5 minutes.

Also I notice they pull scratch cards before many of the largest prizes are paid. Example: All of the &quot;Set for Life&quot; $10 scratches have been pulled from stores here.  There is supposedly 2 $6 million top prizes left.  out of 7.  This is increasing the posted odds to win this prize.  I think someone there is building veery large homes off the interest and left over money.]]></description>
