					<description><![CDATA[Even the phony cost estimates are way too low because they do not include the interest on the debt incurred while the white elephant is being built.  My guess is that 40% could be added just for this.

Why nobody to my knowledge has cost out a parallel project using just &#039;Google&#039; buses is beyond me.  I think they&#039;d cost about 5% of what the current project is guessed at and the cost of use would be about 5%, also.  And no tearing up the state. (If we were tearing it up for a oil or gas pipeline it would never ever get built.)]]></description>

That might be surprisingly easy. Let Cap &#038; Trade money go to the general fund. When the economy goes into recession again, the funds will go to  pay off losses in the state retirement system. Not necessarily a great outcome but the Democrat donor base won&#039;t say a word.]]></description>
