Something is very wrong here and no one is catching on. Violent offenders are being released while the NON-VIOLENT offenders are kept locked up. This is not how it was supposed to work. Can someone explain why the Violent offender who killed the poor Whittier Police Officer this year released? was one of the many who should have stayed locked up but because a previous law was released.
