Housing costs out of control and while Cal burns our erstwhile elected officials sit on their thrones and continue to come up with ways to “Lower Housing “” Costs” like imposing more fees on real estate transactions
One can only wonder how long before the Plutocrats in La La land Sacramento start dictating to us unfortunate s how much we can sell our homes for and whom we must sell them too
Already we cannot ask a renter their immagration status and you Mr Land lord good luck trying to evict a dead beat tenant the laws of Cal are skewed in favor of the deadbeats not the tax payers

Thank goodness we squeezed under the headcount to comply…..we all know Queeg would be first in line for the new “Worker” benefit…..12 weeks off and no pay….he would head to Pantagonia to fish with his rabid Bolivian and Cuban buddies, drink Russian vodka, talk about perfecting “The State” and uplifting the masses…..when he comes back from one of these meet ups it takes him about three weeks to come off his elevated/ emotional highs….trying time for the rest of us listening to all his Socialization experiences…..

In reply to ricky65. The three worst problems facing California are lack of housing, 40% of the population in poverty or near poverty and over crowding. Get the poor and working class to go elsewhere and voila, all three solved at the same time. It may be Machiavellian but he's got to do something.

Moonbeam now says “there must be some limit to the coercive power of government.”
That’s odd. His more famous variation of that statement was “Never underestimate the coercive power of government”.
All done while signing bills to raise taxes, carbon taxes, fees, utility rates, raise the cost of housing, or bills intended to drive out manufacturing jobs and decimate the disappearing middle class families.
So what does he really believe? That might be tough for some to decide but I’m thinking his track record over four terms of ravaging and destroying this state leaves no doubt it has to be the latter.
His legacy will be that of a cruel, heartless, green windmill chasing tyrant who cared not a whit about working people and the middle class families in this state.

For those stuck there, our sympathies, as it’s going to be more and more competitive as more of your job base relocates to Arizona, Nevada, Utah & Colorado and more people will be competing for fewer jobs…
