As the premier state of the burgeoning Neo- Confederacy why not set up a state bank?
It’s a retro move back a couple centuries when some states and territories set up their own currencies.
And what an opportunity for the Dem pols to have their own state operated bank and slush fund in which to play.
I suggest the currency be adorned with the picture of the cannabis plant on one side and a a homeless encampment on the other. The motto to be : ‘Give us your shiftless, uneducated masses and career criminals, indolent tax grazers, welfare cheats and illegal aliens. This is the promised land’

Certainly if I were Trump, I’d be in no mood to assist the STATE of California.

But if the Trump folks believe in free enterprise, they should support this long overdue reform. Banks should be available to legal businesses — pot shops AND gun shops!
