In reply to SDVeteran. i agree sd veteran. time to spend rainy day money the six billion or more jerry brown is hiding somewhere along with the 7 billion pot monies. now they are worried about census takers not being able to count everyone because they are hiding in garages and mother in law homes on the properties. they need it for asking for federal money but dont want to follow the laws?

I found it hard to believe that Brown would declare the drought over. There is no time to waste. We need hard rules now

At least there is more CO2 in the atmosphere. Plants use water much more efficiently when CO2 increases greening areas that are marginally dry. Geoengineering courtesy of fossil fuels.

Drought ended last year with a ton of rain. Demwits are trying to make you believe we didn’t get rain last year because they want to say “25 year drought possible!”. Demwits are like cockroaches. They prosper only when there’s carnage.

I have a grand idea. Let’s take taxpayer money and buy an expensive, useless passenger railroad train costing billions. Also, let’s be sure to spend as much money on bicycle lanes that less than .73% of the population uses. Oh, and let’s place a 10 cent plastic bag tax on people to buy some more regulations.
There’s more of course… And let’s avoid real infrastructure problems like water while we fund wasteful and costly pet projects.
