Barry Chang mentioned in the article is now accused of improperly conspiring with two other council members, Rod Sinks and Savita Vaidhynathan, in getting the city attorney canned because he was going to say that the project was NOT compliant with SB35.  The former city attorney is now suing the city.  Apparently Sand Hill Properties has many corrupt officials in their pocket.
