I am sure that California voters are going to be against another raise in gas taxes, so hopefully Governor Jerry Brown has a good backup plan for securing those finances. Maybe he could look into a construction loan, if raising money for more transportation projects is so necessary. Of course these projects are important, but there has to be another way to raise funds.
