PGE service area was rather rural for mucho years and facilities/upgrades must have been stunted accordingly….that return on investment thingeeee.

And who would have known tree/owl huggers, massive inmigration, CEQA, Coastal Commision, drought, dumb water management exaggerated where we are at today.

It appears some level of stupidity exists with this utility. It would seem the previous disasters and billions in legal costs didn’t register. Why didn’t they just turn off the system? They should get all that’s coming. However, I see another government failure contributing to the issue.. Where was the PUC? The WSJ reported some months back the state last year spent $300M on Tesla subsidies and $30M on fire protection. Is that true? Pls address the state’s shortfall as it has been given a free ride.
