As large as LAUSD is, it could just freeze purchasing (textbooks, computers, instructional materials) if it needed to make up a shortfall in the millions or tens of millions of dollars.]]></description>

I knew it was a crock back then, so now look: a 1.62% return! Proof that public sector unions have completely corrupted CA politicians for the last two decades! So, yeah, go ahead and lower our bond rating. Sadly, it&#039;s the only way they&#039;ll learn!]]></description>
