How can we as citizens approach the court to breakup PG&E? PG&E can’t keep up with demands for safe, effective delivery of electricity.
Calif Watchdog - Thanks for the article, but it would be more helpful to get guidance on what we the citizens can do to change course. Or, can we?

G. Newsome and K. Harris are more interested in building their brands, name recognition and careers than solving the problems people of California are facing. For example - Some Residents of North Bay are facing 30+% increase with their insurance because of fire caused by PG&E. Yet, nothing is discussed nor attended to by our Governor. Not even any directives to look into it. Instead, he is issuing policy about presidency and tax returns.
