I have years of experience and I’ve been trying to get a job with Caltrans (highway maintenance) for over two years +. They will not hire me because I am an older female. I emailed Daugherty but he would not respond, he had some women email me trying to convince me it was my resume. I told her it’s not my resume and San Jose Caltrans gave me a fake interview. Hope Daugherty gets canned!

We as Hwy workers endure extremely hazardous working condition continuously on any given day does this not warrant compensation what process and procedure to increase are wages to be comparable to are conterparts at Department of Water Resouirces.
