This is all too common. I feel for you. It is a travesty of justice. And a tragedy to the kids. My abusive ex is allowed to move back in with my kids and his sister is getting the 7500 a month in foster money. Funny how those same two kids were only given 696 when I applied for Calworks. And I was given nothing. Kicked off my health insurance, food stamps and cashaid. And he and his sister milk the system when they already have money and the home paid off. It isn’t fair. PLEASE HELP..MY DAUGHTER HAS SOLE CUSTODY OF HER 5 KID’S, PATERNAL GRANDMOTHER CAME FROM TEXAS TO FILE GUARDIANSHIP, MY DAUGHTER LEARNED OF AN OLD WARRENT CASE, BEFORE YURNING HERSELF IN , SHE GAVE ME A NOTORIZED LETTER TO CARE FOR THEM, JUDGE TOLD THE PATERNAL GRANDMOTHER THAT THE CHILDREN WERE TO REMAIN QITH ME UNTIL THE TRIAL IN OCTOBER, AND SUGGESTED I GO FILE FOR GUARDIANSHIP, WHEN I FILED SO DID THE PATERNAL GRANDMOTHER AND FILE SOME INCRIMINATING FALSE ALLEGATIONS AGAINST ME AND MY HOUSEHOLD AND WITHOUT ANY INVESTIGATION JUDGE GRANTED IT TO HER.LWHY WPULD HE DO THAT WHEN HE TOLD HER TO GO BACK TO TEXAS ..SHE LIED ABOUT HER RESIDENCY TO ON THE REPORT IT SAID SHE RESIDES IN MODESTO, WHEN SHE’S REALLY STAYING WITH HER SONS FRIEND. I HAD MENTIONED IT TO THE COURT INVESTIGATOR TO COME AND CHECK OUR HOME ANY TIME , ANY DAY..BUT SHE NEVER DID, BUT SHE DID VISIT THE PATERNAL GRANDMOTHER AND THE GIRLS AT THEIR SCHOOL CONSTANTLY ASKING THEM WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PATERNAL GRANDMOTHER AND ME..SHE FINALLY CAME AFTER THE CHILDREN WERE TAKEN..THE 2 YOUNGEST HAVE NO RELATION TO HER…THIS LADY IS EVIL, VICIOUS AND WILL DO ANYTHING TO HAVE HERMWAY , ALL SHE CARESMIS THE MONEYMSHE GETS FROM ALL THE CHILDREN , PROBABLY TO MAKE HER CAR PAYMENT..WHEN PATWENAL GRANDMOTHER SHOWED UP TI OUR HOME ALONG WITH HER EVIL DAUGHTER, SHE WAS FLASHING PAPER WORK AND SAID WERE HERE FOR THE KIDS ALL FIVE OF THEM , BECAUSE WE DID EVERYTHING FATIMA TOLD US TO DO…FATIMA IS THE COURT INVESTIGATOR..LADY IS MENTALLY ABUSING THE CHILDREN, AND FILLING THEIR HEADS WITH LIES AND HATE…ANY SUGGESTIONS OR RECOMMENDATIONS?

They r killing our kids self esteem way of sering things there protectors cant do nothing because ee are the protectors and r lookin like we have no say so who will they trust i doed the day they took daniel an heaven i didnt know how to wont to deal with my othet 2 in southern cali and 3 n cps in walnut creek conyra costa county ive gainef and lost almost everythong i never felt like ill never feel whole again.
