The FBI wasn’t the primary law enforcement agency at Waco until Koresh and his followers started shooting the ATF agents who were serving 4th Amendment compliant search and arrest warrants.

Every person who died at Waco died as a direct result of David Koresh. You anarchists keep trying to pretend otherwise, but the facts are well known.

As to Ruby Ridge, you have another gun fetishist nutjob who placed the lives of his family in jeopardy through his own illegal actions. You seem to have also forgotten that the FBI agents involved in the Ruby Ridge case didn’t arrive at the scene until after Weaver’s kid killed a US Marshal.

Perhaps, by the wording of the 2nd Amendment, they intended for a well-regulated militia, in the absence of a standing army, to protect us in case we were invaded by, oh I don’t know, Great Britain maybe? The 2nd ammendment states “A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.” Until the Supreme Court’s 2008 ruling against the city of Washington, D.C.’s hand gun law, this was not interpreted as an individual’s right to bear arms. But now it is? Hmmmm. Hey, there are countries all over the world, democracies forged by their citizens often in likeness of our own Constitution, enshrine all of our shared freedoms except the right to bear arms and the right to own another human being. And all of these places are way,way safer places to live than here.
