Teddy, the law that was passed by referendum is perfectly clear. There are no “two sides”, unless you refer to weasel wording – saying something doesn’t mean what it clearly says. The measure required the state to have funding firmly lined up for the 300-mile Initial Operating Segment, and required the state to have all environmental reviews completed for the Initial Operating Segment before construction began. You can look it up.

Judges bend and twist the law ALL THE TIME you nit wit 😉 In fact if we had to over turn decisions based on bad state judge rulings we would be overturning 80%-90% of all rulings.
