And I expect the large majority of both parties to rubber stamp the continued occupation for him. contrary to the will of the people.

Like it or not, our President is the symbolic father of our nation. It is built into our culture. The masses look to him as a father figure and a role model. It’s true. It’s true. It’s true. Like it or not.

What happens in a regular family when the father tells big lies? The sons and daughters mimic the father, don’t they? They perceive lying as ‘ok’ since dad does it all the time.

It’s no different with a national family. Other politicians follow the lead of the POTUS. On a Federal, State and local level. If the President can do it – it must be ‘ok’. And when the masses see their leaders lie the masses become desensitized to lying. It becomes acceptable. We become a nation of liars.

This is how the fabric of a society unravels. You are seeing the moral decay and desensitization and progressive decline of a culture before your very eyes.
