As a bonus you get free education, to include “Dream Act” benefits. And they can’t deport you unless you commit a violent felony. Oh, you get a Ca DL too, compliments of Jerry and friends. Not a bad way to get a start.

Granted, there may be a few bleepers throughout the reading but it’s only fair to keep the nation updated on Jessica’s situation. After all, he’s the one opened up the can of worms.

Jessica is reported to be a self-employed court reporter. After learning that she would get full medical coverage under ACA for $169/mo she was so elated that she wrote the President to thank him. The letter said it really helped lower her stress levels since her son has ADHD and that she was struggling with his medical problems. Obama read Jessica’s letter during a Rose Garden press conference and paraded Jessica as one of ObamaCare’s success stories to toot his own horn.

Later, Jessica was contacted by the exchange and was told that due to a tax credit eligibility miscalculation that her premium would rise substantially under ObamaCare to $280/mo. Then she was notified again that due to a ‘system error’ that her premium would go even higher. Then another letter notified her that Jessica would receive no federal tax credit to cover the cost – which apparently caused her a ‘good cry’. These ‘miscalculations’ apparently made healthcare insurance under ObamaCare unaffordable for Jessica and she has elected to pay the penalty for not having insurance.

Then Jessica was reported to write on FB:

“Wow. You guys really screwed me over. Now I have been priced out and will not be able to afford the plans you offer. But, I get to pay $95 and up for not having health insurance. I am so incredibly disappointed and saddened. You majorly screwed up.”

So sad. Another ObamaCare failure story.
