A veteran congressman manhandled and grabbed a young college student engaged in a school project on a public sidewalk. It looked like a clear case of assault and battery. The kid asked him a simple question “Do you fully support the Obama agenda?” and he just lost it. Watch for yourself.

What do you think would happen to you if you were caught on tape grabbing some kid on a school project who asked you a political question on a public sidewalk in your neighborhood? Think you might go to jail for that?

No report of this congressman being arrested, prosecuted or jailed for this act.

This is part of the reason why I couldn’t care less if Covered California hires ex-convicts. In fact, the more the merrier.
