One fire chief in Sacramento is continuing to harass female victims he has targeted as a sexual predator, while his partner does time for murder. This is a MARRIED MAN whose wife is an attorney for the state, even though fire chief stated “My wife will not turn me in for my violence (so he wont lose his CCW permit, issued by SAC Cnty SO), because I will have her disbarred for her gambling/drinking addiction.”
This fire chief is OPENLY ALLOWED TO CONTINUE TO HARASS and STALK women he victimizes, with THREATS OF ONLINE REVENGE PORN!!!!
SHAME ON THE STATE FOR CONTINUING TO ALLOW INTENTIONAL VICTIMIZATION!!!!!!!!!

Fire service from the local fire dept. is 1 mile, fed’s is 10 miles vs 35 miles for CalFire. So, just what am I paying for?

Finally someone is taking notice of the abuses of Calfire. This agency is out of control and known for aggressively going after innocent landowners and stealing their properties by imposing impossibly huge fines for fires started totally by accident or even natural causes. If you can’t find the real cause of a fire just plant some evidence. In most cases landowners don’t have the financial resources of SPI and simply have to give up their property to these thieves.
So will the crooked lawyers in this case be fired from state service and be disbarred?And will the two Calfire investigators who willfully perjured themselves on the stand be fired and jailed?
Probably not. After all, Calfire needs the money to pay for those million dollar pensions.
I do love Calfire spokeman Janet Upton’s response to the ruling: “We vigorously dispute many of the factual and legal findings included in this order.”
There’s a winning stategy. When in doubt one should always dispute the facts of the case.
