The U.S. gubmint created the feared narco-gang Los Zetas when it provided extensive training and equipment to the DF (Mexico City) federales in the name of fashioning them into a counter narcotics and counter terrorism paramilitary. Once trained and armed they immediately began smuggling dope and committing acts of terrorism., sporting their new black Kevlar uniforms and helmets. Where else do we lately see police outfitted in black Kevlar recently, using federal money, of course?

Ted: Actually, some areas of Mexico are safer than California, Querataro being one of them.
