Let me get this straight, The “City of Irwindale” sells him a piece of “Dirt” for $15 Million Dollars at $250,000 per year in Interest to the “City” with a “Balloon Payment” of $15 Million Dollars at the end of the 10 Year Note. And you consider this “Public Assistance”?? My fourth grader has better reading comprehension skills.

Tran should close the doors ASAP, once he is declared a “nuisance” his business and his Life is over. The city is only doing this because they want to STEAL his ASSETS under the guise of “saving” the people.
