This is a 9 on the Richter scale, shaking the ivory towers of kalifornia uniondom to their foundations.

Of course 2 years to tenure is ABSURD.

If it is upheld, that will be the ‘coup de grace’ to all public employee union entitlements, think of a towering tsunami smashing into said ivory towers.

Look for panicking public employee unions to run to their sock puppets in the legislature even before the appeals begin,seeking some kind of ironclad/bulletproof legislative ‘relief’. After all, these people are utterly focused on job security, if not their ‘jobs’.

Yoooohoooo. Judge Treu was appointed in West Covina, my hometown, by Wilson. I agree that some socialist dem judge will defecate on the students by siding with the teachers and over turn this great ruling.
As for doomers, it is the occupy enviornmentalists who are saying that this global warming is about to set the earth on fire. This is after the coldest winter in recorded history in North America.
But I agree with Bud. The 9th circuit will dump on this as they dump on the children too.
