There are over 300 million guns in the possession of the civilian population (non-military, non LE) in the USA. lol. About as many guns as there are people. lol. If the State gov thinks that it’s gun control laws will be effective in disarming the people – well, God bless ’em! lol. They might be able to internally destroy the nation socially or financially, but the chances of carting citizens off to re-education or work camps for dissenting opinions IMO are pretty darn slim!!! At least it won’t be as easy as it was with the Soviets or the Nazis! 😀

I wonder if police will want to enforce taking guns across state. I can see scenario where some cops get Swiss cheesed before they blow the alleged criminal to pieces. Doesn’t fit into a nice pension picture.All those Bradley vehicles will come in handy to level a house of a gunowner. Imagine where California will be in ten years. Singapore may look better. At least, they pick on criminals. Here we send some(undocumented mooching pieces of turd) to college on the dime of legitimate citizens.
And Brown is a bit conservative…holy ,,,,,this state is screwed.Imagine Harris(I am told she is Willie Brown’s project)..I think the historically appropriate term begins with a W and ends re. I call a pig, a pig, P. I, G.

I agree. This will be shot down in the courts eventually as it should. However, just watch for bringing in any BB guns from out-of-state to be made illegal. One of the other garbage bills Moonbeam signed now makes it illegal to bring any firearm (not BB guns yet) into CA unless through licensed dealers. What a mess this is going to be. Bob from wherever, gets a job in CA. Wonderful. He’s a hunter (has legal guns), and brings them with him like any normal person. He’s committed a felony, the neighbors call the cops. the SWAT team arrives and……..hell. This is going to happen many, many times. What idiocy (as is most things out of the CA government). This will end in the courts too.

Bill, did you read the articles about the wife of the Mayor of Bell Gardens who shot him dead and then claimed a history of spousal abuse? But I didn’t see any reports which documents such a history. No previous police contacts or reports, no arrests, etc… and the couple had apparently been married for decades. Hmmm? Neighbors never noticed any problems between the couple. No loud arguments, etc.. Hmmm?

Yet after the shooting/killing the cops let her go and now she has lawyered up. I just wonder if this happened in reverse – if he would’ve shot and killed her – whether the cops would’ve let him go?

Then his brother reported that the Mayor may have had a pregnant mistress on the side.

Hmmm? Perhaps hell hath no fury like a woman scorned?

If I were a legislator I would propose a bill outlawing guns in any household where one of the occupants is having an active extramarital affair. 😀
