She is so under qualified for this or any high-ranking position. I guess party loyalty surpasses capabilities and qualification to hold a position; hence, her position as the head of the UC system calls for a PhD certified candidate, not a political hack. Thus, the moonbeam selection process is still at 100%, all failures or dunces.

Wasn’t one of Janet’s biggest accomplishments so far giving illegal foreigners state resident tuition at the UC schools? Imagine that. If you are a hardworking US citizen student with a 3.5 GPA but happen to live in Arizona you are forced to pay non-resident fees that are about DOUBLE the in-state fees. If you are an illegal alien who is a resident of Guadalajara, Mexico you pay state resident fees! HAH! 😀
For instance, if you want to go to UCLA – as state resident or an illegal alien would pay about $30k for tuition, student service fees, room and board, health insurance, transportion and personal expenses each year. But if you are a good US citizen/student from Arizona who follows the laws and plays by the rule YOU PAY $60K since you are subject to nonresident fees!!!
What a screwed up State we live in!!!! 🙁

My guess is that the president of the UC system job is not working out as planned for Napolitano. And why would it? What background or experience does she have in managing a large educational system? As far as I know, ZERO! So why would it work out? She probably doesn’t know what the hell she’s doing and angering lots UC colleagues who have been working in the system all their lives. Being a former governor and former HS Director under POTUS Obola in no way qualifies her to lead one of the largest university systems in the United States, if the not world. I bet she’s like a fish out of water. If she was happy in her job – why would she want to leave? It was a STUPID decision to hire her in the first place. A nonsensical decision. And whoever did it should get fired. The thought of Napolitano being considered for the USAG position sends chills up my spine. If you thought Holder was terrible (and you would be right) wait until Janet is the nation’s top cop. She reminds me of Nurse Diesel from Mel Brook’s classic film “High Anxiety”. If Hillary is elected I bet Janet will be at the top of her list for AG. I hate to even imagine what would go on between those 2 behind closed doors! 😀
