Stockton will be in financial crisis unable to pay its bill within 5 years, probably sooner. The judge ruled on the plan, not the people.The city government is totally corrupt. He didn’t t have to rule on integrity of the officials. There is none. The problems are caused by the most hated generation. They will be dealt with in the spirit of fairness.
