"Why should taxpayers allow an abusive government to steel their land and deprive their kids of an adequate education. It is time to take a stand."

It's too late to take a stand. The critical mass of DemocRat hegemony has already been reached. The somnolent masses of idiot Commiefornia voters are more interested in pro basketball, celebrity gossip and slurping down overpriced, over roasted, organic, fair trade, free range coffee.

With priorities like that it's no wonder the authoritarian Corruptocrats run amok with impunity while the complacent and gullible electorate obsesses over cable TV freak shows and the latest iPhone gadget.

Alas, we get the government we deserve, and we get it good and hard.

It should be noted that the State withholds $200 million per year from the Capistrano Unified School District alone. So while our students attend classes in overcrowded classrooms, in buildings that have not been maintained with continued cuts to programs and student services, our State legislature uses money that should go to the education of taxpayer students- goes to High Speed rail and entitlements for people who are not legally entitled to be in this Country. Why should taxpayers allow an abusive government to steel their land and deprive their kids of an adequate education. It is time to take a stand.

The State Constitution mandattes that the State pay for 2 things ONLY
1) A Free K-12 Public Education System and
2) A State Militia

California's new education funding law intentionally underfunds wealthy suburban school districts and keeps that money at the State to fund other projects such as High Speed Rail.

If the law were to be challenged in Federal Court as a violation of the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th amendment the State would be forced to stop all spending on EVERYTHING else until every student in California received adequate funding for a basic education. There would be an injunction preventing any further spending on High Speed rail until that constitutional obligation was met.

Delay would be helpful, and such a suit would bring attention to how terribly this state treats every student who happens to live in a wealthy area.
