But Amazon Prime will flourish as well as USPS with cheap, fast long leg deliveries to spiffy minimum wage worker manned regional centers.

The end product WILL NOT solve a single transportation problem in the State and WILL NEVER be a profitable venture. Such an unfortunate set of circumstances. Why can’t people see this program for what it is… a legacy program for Brown, and hundreds of payoffs for overpriced products and services involving union jobs. There are so many other infrastructure problems we have… a sort of bullet train solves not of them.
