The Judicial Council is shameless. Not only are they allowing their staff agency to remain in San Francisco against the recommendation of the State Auditor and their own Strategic Evaluation Committee, but they allowed Martin Hoshino to make the decision himself! Clearly this is a matter that should have been voted on by the Council, led by Chief Justice Tani Cantil Sakauye. The Chief and her appointed rubber-stampers cleverly ducked the issue, however, by allowing “staff” to decide where “staff” would be. Once again, the courts and taxpayers are ignored by these elitists running our court system from afar.

The only answer to reducing spending is to reduce govt. Most govt’s need to cut up to 90%. Then it would be easier to find the corruption and stomp it out. More control of govt at the local level would also help. Anything else is a waste of time and energy.
And last but not least an aggressive media that would report the truth. And not a propaganda machine for the govt.
