					<description><![CDATA[What I find interesting here is the fact that a CA regulatory agency was REELED in by the Cal.Supreme Court...unusual, rare bird.

SeaWorld just sued the CA Coastal Commission over a requirement that they STOP breeding Orca whales in captivity as a condition of a building permit. Will the  Cal. Supreme Court reel in the Coastal Commission?? Who knows, anyone&#039;s guess. I love the CC, but feel they do overstep their boundaries... often.]]></description>
