SeaWorld just sued the CA Coastal Commission over a requirement that they STOP breeding Orca whales in captivity as a condition of a building permit. Will the Cal. Supreme Court reel in the Coastal Commission?? Who knows, anyone’s guess. I love the CC, but feel they do overstep their boundaries… often.
