For example- would you like to vote for a tax increase to pay for high speed rail? Instead they raise taxes “for education” and then spend it on high speed rail instead. The State has changed our Constitutionally mandated spending priorities without a vote of the people. Enforce the Constitutional and it will fix most of CA problems.
